Choosing Jennifer Shoemaker to be our realtor for the purchase of our new home was one of the best decisions we have ever made. We found a home that we loved & the sellers offered that we could assume their current loan. With their interest rate being in the 3’s this was an amazing opportunity. Mari and I met about a year ago and she kept in touch but was never pushy. She was consistently in communication from day one and paid very close attention to our needs. She is super thorough from the first meeting through closing. We really felt like Mari was fighting for our best interest at all times, she was willing to do whatever it took to help us accomplish our goals with purchasing a new home. Chelsea was really helpful, she didn't overpromise and she made sure that she was honest about the potential hurdles that we may run into, just in case. My underwhelming experience with previous agents made me super wary, but any time that she said she would do something, she followed through, and I felt like I always knew what to expect. Super appreciative of her help and getting us exactly what we needed for this next stage.

We had a goal in mind and Chelsea and Ashley both got us there and in 90 days. This was a Very stressful situation but Chelsea literally would answer the phone any time of day or night, answered any and ALL questions we had.
