Choosing Jennifer Shoemaker to be our realtor for the purchase of our new home was one of the best decisions we have ever made. We found a home that we loved & the sellers offered that we could assume their current loan. With their interest rate being in the 3’s this was an amazing opportunity. Jennifer did warn us at the beginning that the loan assumption process is quite lengthy, and would be a lot of work on our end. Oh Boy, was she right.
