Working with Ladd is always a wonderful experience! He has helped us on two occasions. He was our buyers agent when we bought our home and then 4 years later we called him when we were ready to sell that same home. Ladd is so knowledgeable about his profession and really cares about his clients. He has so many talented trades people that he can call to help you (if needed) with the sell of a home….or when purchasing a new property. After discussing all of our options we decided that some rooms in our home needed to be painted/spruced up and the house needed decluttering. He knows who to call to help you achieve the desired outcome to maximize your selling price. He was readily available to answer our questions. If you are ready to sell and want to get the best price, you need to call Ladd. He is a great negotiator and will try very hard to achieve your desired outcome. Given the market we are in, we all have to be realistic about our expectations, but we have been VERY pleased with what Ladd was able to achieve.
