Always responsive throughout our lengthy new home journey

We had the pleasure of working with Michelle to find our home. We started our search back in April of 2021. We were from out of state and didn't know a lot about the area of Summerville. Michelle met with us and answered a lot of questions that we had. She took us around to quite a few developments and gave us the pros and cons. We made a lot of trips back to Summerville before we were ready to buy. Michelle stuck with us and we ultimately found where we wanted to be. She came with us to sales meetings in our development and oversaw the building of our home and recommended a home inspector to inspect the build process. Michelle was there throughout the entire process and we couldn't be happier with all she did for us.

Highly recommend Ana Lomelí! She made my home-buying experience easy and stress-free.

I honestly don’t even know where to start because this was a LONG journey. I was denied so many times, and there were so many moments where I thought becoming a homeowner at 21 just wasn’t going to happen. But Ana never gave up on me. It took over a year of consistently saving, working on my credit, and doing everything I needed to do to get ready. Ana was there through all of it. She would check in on me, make sure I was still saving, make sure I was staying on track, and always reminded me of what I was working toward. That meant so much to me because I never felt like I was just another client or a number. She genuinely cared about me and about helping me reach my dream of becoming a homeowner. When it finally came time to buy, she went above and beyond. She is seriously the BEST negotiator. She got me more than I ever thought I could get and made sure I got everything on my needs and wants list. I always felt like she was fighting for me and making sure I was getting the best deal possible. I’m 21 years old and I can officially say I’m a homeowner. After everything it took to get here, I’m so grateful I had Ana by my side. She believed in me even when I didn’t believe it was possible. If you’re thinking about buying a home, especially if you’ve been denied before or feel like you’re not ready yet, I 100% recommend Ana.
