We needed to list our house ASAP to prepare for purchasing the perfect home that came available last minute. Kerry immediately stepped in and gave us a run down to do list to get the ball rolling. In our neighborhood there were houses sitting for almost a year. We took her advice, listed competitively, and got an offer within a week! Along the way she was able to answer all questions, provide guidance and advice, and she does in fact know a guy (or gal!) for everything. 10/10 would recommend using her for all your realty needs.
