This was our first home and Kerry was happy to show us the ropes. She had detailed knowledge of various builders and their reputations in the area as well as a bull-dog spirit to fight for her clients. Builder wants to increase the price because of their mistake - Kerry handled it. Can't attend an inspection because of work conflicts - Kerry handled it.
