Kerry has been extremely helpful throughout our home search and the purchasing process and always answered my questions. So much so that a family member is using her as well! Being from out of state she helped with the things we couldn’t be here for and also sent us pictures of our new home building progress. We highly recommend Kerry!
We recently worked with Kerry to sell our home in Summerville and I don’t even know where to begin with singing her praises! From start to end, Kerry was always there for us with knowledge, tips, and so much learned from her experience. She is the agent you want by your side when things go awry. She is communicative and fiercely loyal to her customers. When our house closing fell through at the last minute, Kerry was on her way to vacation yet she was on the phone, working to get this problem solved, and she didn’t stop until it was finally resolved 2 days later. Kerry is trustworthy and she never stops advocating for her clients. I’m so grateful for her; throughout a very stressful process, she was a constant source of calm and expertise. She is the agent for want, trust me!!
This was our second time working with Kerry Roberts and the third time we have sold a home. Kerry’s in-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Summerville made this sale the easiest and smoothest process we have ever experienced. She set clear expectations for the sale process, armed us with the knowledge to find the right price point for our home and worked tirelessly for us throughout the process. All of her work prior to listing paid-off with a full-price offer within a day of listing our home! I would give Kerry my highest recommendation to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home in the greater Charleston region and she will always be our go-to agent in the area!

Kerry is very easy to work with and a good listener. She listened to our needs and helped us to find a good fit for our family. When it was time to list she was right there and we sold within hours of going on the market! I wouldn't hesitate to use her again or recommend her to friends and family.

I was lucky to meet Kerry through my niece. Kerry found me the perfect townhome to downsize to. The whole process was very easy. From offer to bridge loan to selling my former home she has been great through the whole process! I can’t recommend her highly enough.
Kerry was fully knowledgeable of the development I was interested in. Kerry explained all the issues associated with the contract I signed with her to represent me. Kerry was extremely helpful to me when I signed the contract on my new home. I highly recommend her as a realtor. Kerry is respectful and professional.
Kerry Roberts worked very hard for us throughout our home buying process. We had no credit and no idea where to even start. We called Kerry and she and Margaret bunch from highland mortgage were able to coach us on exactly what to do in order to buy a house. We took every suggestion they had to help us get our first home loan. Once that happened it didn't take long for Kerry to find the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood! Six months ago I never would have thought I'd be able to buy a home. Kerry is an expert at her job! Buying a house is scary and for a lot of people seems impossible in this economy but Kerry is so good at what she does and extremely devoted to her clients she makes it happen!
Kerry was a fantastic realtor! A year ago she went out of her way to help us find a rental while we still lived out of state. And once we were ready to purchase a home, she was always a quick call/text away! Kerry is always quick to respond, no matter what day or time of day it is. We appreciated her honesty, friendship and teamwork during our home buying journey!
