Kerry was very knowledgeable about the areas and school districts we were looking. She was very patient as we worked through the process and understanding of our needs for our family. I would highly recommend her to help you find your home in the Charleston area
Kerry has a lovely personality and always kept us informed as to progress of the building of our new home. Because we were in New York she was our “eyes” and “ears.”
Kerry is by far one of the most personable and honest Real State agents I have ever worked with. After encountering some issues with the home appraisal, Kerry was always there to answer any questions and concerns. My wife and I never felt alone during the process. Kerry is a true professional.
Kerry did a great job representing us and communicating with the seller. She's professional, detailed and listened to our questions. She is our realtor!
From the first day I met Kerry on the phone , I knew I wanted her to be my agent. Kerry always kept in touch and gave 110% on always keeping me abreast of the building of our new home. Kerry was always upbeat and knowledgeable.
Kerry was very knowledgeable of the Summerville housing market. She was very professional and supportive during the home purchasing process. Kerry did an awesome job.
Kerry answers the phone. For some that sounds trivial but it's important to us. We bought and sold and Kerry patiently answered questions and concerns when we asked. She answered some questions even before they were asked. Kerry is a professional and thorough and we would recommend her to anyone buying or selling.

Kerry is an extremely dedicated realtor. She was always readily available if a house came on the market to look at it. She knew how particular I was going to be but was never discouraged and always knew she would find my dream home for me. After four long years, we finally found the house together. She was extremely knowledgeable about the process and made it seamless for me as a first-time home buyer. I highly recommend Kerry!!
Kerry helped us every step of the way in the purchase of our new home. We backed out of a townhouse and ended up in the most beautiful single family home. Kerry fought for us, held our hand when needed, and had our back all the way. Honestly... she's still checking on us and we are 2 months in our new home. Couldn't recommend her more!!
Kerry is the BEST! She found the perfect home for me and then helped me sell it when my job got transferred out of state. She is knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with!
