Shopping for a home in a new state can be a challenge. Kerry made it a really good experience. We had a lot of fun in the process. She steered me away from things that would have ended up a big mistake on my part (sticky house). She had to do a lot of the ground work for us since we were in a different state and to say she was thorough is an understatement.
