I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while but life happens after buying a house and whoosh, in the midst of all the excitement…. 3 months later you remember to write the review. What can I say….. This feels strange because I almost feel like I’m leaving a review for a family member because that who Ms. Kerry is to us now. Moving across the country was daunting enough especially in the middle of this pandemic. Trusting someone you have only ever met via FaceTime to make judgements on what may be the best fit to be our family home is even harder. But Kerry worked so hard so make sure we would be happy with our new home. She is ready to fight anybody I mean literally anyone with her clients best interests at heart. She is calm and super sweet until she has to bring her LED light out to make sure her clients needs are met. Don’t be fooled by that cute smile, she will make sure if she’s representing you as the buyer in our case, everything checks out to the T! My goodness, she saw things during blue tape and inspections that a naked eye can’t see…. We still laugh with my husband that maybe she’s got some super natural small detail powers because she will see things you like my goodness!!! Kerry is phenomenal, but like I said I feel a bit biased because I don’t consider her our agent anymore because she became family during our home search, building and closing. Okay I will wrap this up with a funny story how she even became our agent. She was an agent for a house sale we were interested in….long story short, she was impressively aggressive representing her client who was selling at the time so we missed out on that house (no regrets there at all because I absolutely love my new house). Anyway after a long night of feeling sorry for ourselves that we had lost out to that house not due to Kerry’s fault but our agent at the time, we decided that if we were going to get a house, we had to have someone like her in our corner and that was the best decision ever!
