I never felt like a new client, but I have had an extensive relationship with her.

Kerry did a fantastic job for us, keeping on top of time lines and things necessary for the sale of our home. She communicated often and worked hard on our behalf, especially dealing with HOA matters. I highly recommend her as she has been the agent for four house sales in our family and others I have recommended to her.

We have used Kerry twice now. Once when we moved here and purchased our home, and with our current sale. She has been excellent to work with. Great communication and really knows the business. We needed to list our house ASAP to prepare for purchasing the perfect home that came available last minute. Kerry immediately stepped in and gave us a run down to do list to get the ball rolling. In our neighborhood there were houses sitting for almost a year. We took her advice, listed competitively, and got an offer within a week! Along the way she was able to answer all questions, provide guidance and advice, and she does in fact know a guy (or gal!) for everything. 10/10 would recommend using her for all your realty needs.

Kerry helped us sell my mother in law’s home. It became a long process, but she was with us every step of the way and did everything she could to get the final sale through. We couldn’t have gone through that without her and her incredibly hard work!
