She listened to what we were looking for and suggested a few neighborhoods and explained why she suggested those. We were new to the area, so knew very little. Her explanations of various areas have proved to be very accurate in terms of cost of home, commute, general vibe of the area, etc. We felt like we could be honest about we liked and didn’t like in homes without being judged.
