Janea is simply the best. Janea helped me buy my house and sell the same one. Through both processes she was on top of every detail, constantly responsive, and helpful with any and all questions or problems that arose. My first house purchase was done strictly though facetime as I lived in a different state during the purchase and yet she still made the transaction as smooth and comforting as possible. Fast forward 5 years and I went to sell the same house but this time I was on vacation during the entire process. Once again - Janea was a rockstar. This doesn't go into detail with how kind and caring she is. If I ever even THINK of moving back to Charleston, she's the person I'm reaching out to.

Janea is such an amazing realtor!! She made our home buying experience seem so stress-free. She was there from the beginning to the end. And she’s still here! We are truly blessed and grateful to have her as our realtor!

Janea knows real estate. Janea is very experienced and has all the contacts that a buyer will need. I have been speaking to Janea regarding a home purchase for approximately 3-years. I was not a motivated buyer. Janea never pressured me to sign with her. She sent me emails of homes that fit my search criteria, and informed me that she would be ready whenever I did find a home that I liked. Now, let me tell you the real reason why you need Janea as your realtor. The day prior to Janea's scheduled C-section, she informed me that she would deliver the baby the next day and schedule my CL-100 after delivery. WHAT!!! Not one Avenger has the super power that "MY REALTOR" possesses. Choose another realtor at your own peril!
