Janea knows real estate. Janea is very experienced and has all the contacts that a buyer will need. I have been speaking to Janea regarding a home purchase for approximately 3-years. I was not a motivated buyer. Janea never pressured me to sign with her. She sent me emails of homes that fit my search criteria, and informed me that she would be ready whenever I did find a home that I liked. Now, let me tell you the real reason why you need Janea as your realtor. The day prior to Janea's scheduled C-section, she informed me that she would deliver the baby the next day and schedule my CL-100 after delivery. WHAT!!! Not one Avenger has the super power that "MY REALTOR" possesses. Choose another realtor at your own peril!
