Once we found one we really liked, he was quick to help us put in an offer and negotiate a fair price for us. His industry connections and neighborhood insights were super helpful so that we felt very confident in the pros and cons of the home we were buying. He connected us with a great lender for our loan and shared other professional contact information when we needed them (painter, etc).
