Zillow assigned Michael online when we requested to look at a house and thank GOD they did. He has been awesome from day! He heard us about what we wanted and what we didnt want. He was always 1 step ahead of them game during the whole process and up to the very end! If there was ever a concern he was already on top of it by the time I found out. Michael is one of a kind! He went above and beyond to make my selling experience easy and smooth. I also used him when I bought my house and had the same experience! He is very knowledgeable about the current real estate market and really put a lot of time into researching the market in my specific area prior to listing. He gave me clear instructions of what needed to be done prior to listing and it paid off.
