Ladd was absolutely wonderful to work with. I purchased a home in Summerville while living out of state. Ladd handled the walk through, update emails, and meetings with the builder to ensure things were on track. He even allowed me to stay in his guest house while we closed on the home and had furniture delivered. It was a terrific experience and I cannot recommend Ladd enough!

We had the pleasure of working with Michelle to find our home. We started our search back in April of 2021. We were from out of state and didn't know a lot about the area of Summerville.
