There were several pieces of land, she assisted us with. This was the last parcel. There were issues with the buyer in regard to the perking of the property. She kept us updated in a courteous and professional manner. She was very professional in dealing with the different personalities and issues with family.

Chelsea was with us through the thick and thin of home ownership. She saw us through the worst of times. Had numerous estimates collected in such a short period of time. Helped us negotiate a great price for the house, where we could buy it and still afford to fix it up. She saw our vision. She knew all the laws regarding what the seller was responsible for, and could and couldn’t do. For us as buyers she also was clear on what we were responsible for and we knew exactly what we were getting into. We’ve been in our house now, two months and just love it. Tons of work needs to be done but excited to get this sweet house back into shape again.
