Fantastic realtor who goes above and beyond for his clients
Ladd was absolutely wonderful to work with. I purchased a home in Summerville while living out of state. Ladd handled the walk through, update emails, and meetings with the builder to ensure things were on track. He even allowed me to stay in his guest house while we closed on the home and had furniture delivered. It was a terrific experience and I cannot recommend Ladd enough!

Thank you so much, Nelson! It was truly a pleasure working with you on your Summerville home purchase. I'm thrilled to hear that my efforts with the walk-throughs and updates made the process smoother for you, especially while managing everything from out of state. I'm glad my guest house could be of help during such a busy time. It means a lot to know you had a terrific experience, and I appreciate your recommendation. If you ever need anything else or decide to take on another real estate adventure, I'm here for you!
