Once we found something that checked the boxes Lauren was fabulous in giving recommendations on who to use for painting, window replacements, plumbing, and their list of preferred for anything we needed. Jim really does the research on actually square feet according to county records, property evaluations and pricing. They are the whole package. Highly recommend them.

Ann Marie did her homework by looking at comparable homes set a price that was reasonable and fair and she sold the house in less than a week. Prior to the house being put on the market she scheduled inspections and instructed me on what I needed to do.
