Michele helped with the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. Her advice and guidance was invaluable in helping us to get an extraordinary offer on our existing home 1 day after it hit the market. She and her husband Charles were very helpful throughout the entire process starting with what to spruce up (and what not to spruce up) before the house went on the market, and walked us through every detail from the time the offer was accepted until closing. They also helped us with finding just the right new home (we downsized which can be hard), and assisted every detail in that process as well which was very important given it was a new build.
