LeeAnne is the very best in every capability I needed. She knows the market, the law, the process. She knows seller and buyer needs and complications. She knows how to tell the difference between important and urgent. She also is polite but firm with the gross vultures who tell every seller that their home is terrible, trying to get a discount. But more important, because those people are the worst, she cares about both buyer and seller emotions throughout a fraught process. LeeAnne’s knowledge of pricing us on par with that of appraisers’ and her care for the humans involved is unparalleled. 10/10 would definitely recommend to every person I ever meet.
