Hired Jeff to sell my aunt's home. I drove down from Phoenix to meet him at the property. We discussed the property itself, the neighborhood, the comparable homes that sold recently. We had a discussion about the state of the market in Tucson, and discussed pricing the home and the things I could do to get it ready to be listed. He recommended the price, and we went with it. Home was listed on a Wednesday, had an offer that Sunday, the offer was right around asking, so was accepted and the property was sold and closed 30 days later. Couldn't have gone any smoother.
