We met many friendly Realtors while searching for a new home in the Scottsdale area, but it was clear, upon meeting Shalyn Kearney, she really was beyond friendly. She was knowledgeable, she was able to answer the questions we asked, or find out the answers without pretending or guessing. She helped us find a new home, and she helped us through all the paperwork and steps it took for a successful offer and escrow. She was quick to get things done when things needed doing, helped us find other professionals for inspections and repairs. She was available most hours of the day, to answer questions or pick up a signature. We never felt rushed or ignored and she was determined to make us aware at every step of the process and to be sure we were comfortable and our concerns were being met.Our escrow is closed now, and we are in our new home, but our relationship with Shay will continue. We are happy to call her a friend and know she will be there should we have questions or other Real Estate needs down the line. Where do we start? This was our 1st ever home purchase and we knew nothing about any of the process, besides what area we wanted, and were nervous to say the least. Harvey came highly recommended for the West Valley and surrounding areas from our mortgage Co. He made the process so easy and we found comfort in his presence and his knowledge. We felt he had our back and communicated wonderfully through the whole process. I am happy to have found an awesome home but kinda sad to not hang with Harvey any more.
