Positively Outstanding!

From the start, Audra and team were amazing to deal with! Knowledgeable and personable. Audra made us feel comfortable in the complex dealings involved with the sale of our home in Arizona. Marketed and properly priced, our home was listed and sold in a week. Audra and team were a huge help in the immense job of selling furnishings etc. Audra’s contacts were also helpful. Overall we were impressed with ‘Team Soto’ in the sale of our home in Az.

Amazing hard worker!

Audra had a difficult experience with us, we had so many hurdles and road blocks along the way but she made it all work and stuck with us throughout the entire deal. We would highly recommend Audra and her awesome team. Without Audra and Jason we would have given up on our home purchase. Audre gets 5 stars plus an extra star or two for our complicated purchase. Christy was great to work with!

Christy helped make the purchase process as easy as possible. I appreciated how helpful and patient she was in guiding me through the purchase and her honesty about what to expect. She helped me understand more about the area and purchase process in AZ. There was a lot to navigate with purchasing a new construction home and moving from out of state. Even though I was across the country for most of the process, I felt I was in good hands with Christy. She coordinated with my selling Realtor and builder, inspector and everyone involved with the purchase to make it a seamless transaction. Christy is an excellent Realtor to work with!

Very hardworking, knowledgeable, professional and patient agent!

We enjoyed working with Audra. Relocating from Florida to a new area had it own set of challenges and frustrations. Working from Florida online and by phone was difficult at times but Audra was always available for us being three hours apart by time zone. When we flew in for home viewings Audra was always prepared and well organized. Audra was the perfect realtor with the perfect balance of knowledge of the area, professionalism and patience. We looked at many homes and finally ended up in the perfect home and neighborhood to suit our family's needs. We love our neighborhood and home! Audra sincerely cared about our needs and went above and beyond in assisting us. We highly recommend Audra for your real estate needs!
