Buying a home is a big decision and I wanted to work with someone that I could trust. I was fortunate to meet Ephrem and T.J. to help me find my home. Their job was based more on service than sales and I felt like they really understood my situation and were able to work around my schedule. They have a thorough knowledge of the local market, always provided good insight, and answered all my questions. Most importantly, they helped me buy the perfect home by genuinely caring about me. Ephrem and T.J. showed me as many houses as it took until I found the one that met all my needs. They also led me through a couple of rounds of negotiations to get to a price I was comfortable with and made the deal that suited my needs happen. The best part about working with Ephrem and T.J. was that they were always more focused on answering my questions, giving me advice, and finding homes that met my needs than they were on closing a deal. Derek and Chris were the best. We were first time home buyers and the experience can be very overwhelming. It had moments of joy and excitement, but plenty of moments of stress, worry, and confusion. Derek and Chris were awesome to have because they were happy to answer any questions that we had about the process, kept us prepared for the next steps, made sure deadlines were met, but also let us decide when it was best to move forward. They certainly weren't trying to push us one way or the other, but they were the support crew we needed to make this deal happen. Now we are home owners and we LOVE it.
