My husband and I cannot rave enough about his patience and willingness to assist. Manuel took the time to explain the home buying process and ensured we found our dream home! Manuel was a very knowledgeable on the different locals and was very good at finding me a home in a good area and always had and still does have my best interest in heart. During this process, I was very scared at the first, but he made me feel very comfortable and expanded everything and was very patient with me. Rodney was a God send! We relocated out of state to handle family business and Rodney handled all the stress associated with the sale. He allowed us the opportunity to focus on our relocation without the stressors of worrying about what was happening 1000 miles away. Our home was not an easy sale, there were needs for repairs, etc., Rodney handled it all! I never once had any anxiety about Rodney's ability to take care of any situation that arose, while still getting us top dollar-more than we expected, in only 2 months! Rodney was our agent when we bought our house, we never considered anyone else when it came time to sell. We are forever grateful!
