They certainly weren't trying to push us one way or the other, but they were the support crew we needed to make this deal happen. Now we are home owners and we LOVE it.

Derek knows everything there is to know about the Phoenix housing market and is very straight forward. He did research so we didn't look at problems homes and pointed us to homes we missed on the listing. He jumped through hoops to get our deal done, even when problems arose. Highly recommended.
