Susie is an amazing person and realtor. My husband and I had her sell our house 5 years ago. She helped us get some minor repairs completed through a handy person, suggested things we complete before we we went to market, added a few fun touches of her own, and we ended up getting offers and accepting one the first week after we were on the market. This was in 2021 when the market was going crazy and everyone was buying, but I feel like Susie went above and beyond for us. This year, 2026, we decided to buy again. Susie was the first and only person we thought of to help us. We were excited to work with her again because she is so sweet and fun, and we love her stories! Again, we were blown away! Susie is very knowledgeable and she helped us through the whole process. She was very patient as we looked at houses, and with us in general. Our credit is not the greatest, nor our debt to income ratio, but she kept reassuring us that everything would be okay, a whether it was now or in the future, she was there for us. When we found a house that fit us, Susie put in an offer that was worth looking at, but was in our budget. The first house we lost but we found out that we were their 2nd choice, because of the way Susie phrased our offer. Our next house we put an offer in for was accepted. Only problem was that we didn't have the funds for everything. Susie helped us problem-solve and turn the situation into a plus for us. We ended up closing on the house even though we didn't think we would. Susie gifted us with so many things that I do not believe a normal realtor would. She really bent over backward, sideways, and inside out for us. She is the most thoughtful, experienced, and personable realtor a person could ever ask for. We are forever grateful to Susie for helping us to become homeowners again. There are no words to explain how excited, joyful, and overcome with thanks we are. Thank you, Susie!
