My experience with April and the Denmon group - I’m not sure it could have gone any better. And I had a three week close! EVERY step of the way they never left me, answered every question, and explained need for each document requested. Even the lending team! You often think banks are all about themselves but the Denmon group lending team was never rude, or impatient and they actually helped me figure out what the underwriters were trying to understand about my financial history. I did a lot of research before deciding to partner with Chad. He is professional, knowledgeable, personable, easy to communicate with, and always operated with integrity. Despite being out of state and being our first home buying process, I felt the experience was as stress free as possible. We lost out on two houses before closing on our first home but I never felt lost in the process. Chad was very clear about the communication that was happening between him and the seller’s agent, gave his opinion, but also gave us space to make decisions we felt was best for our family.
