This is not the first time I’ve worked with Tony on a property sale. Last year, he sold a home that was dear to my mother. She and my late father had this as a retirement project. Tony is very fair and takes the time to let you know what changes need to be made to help with the sale that will benefit the client better . Tony sold a 4 acre land lot of mine this Spring, The land sold quickly and then we started working on a punch-list for my home to make it ready for a new owner.
