Matt did it again.

My wife and I were looking for a place to live closer to work. I called Matt. He showed me a couple of places online that I was interested in. Then he sent me one that was not listed online...it was under personal property it was perfect. We set up a tour and made an offer. He knew in order for this to work, we had to sell our current home. He took care of everything, answered all of our questions, and the deal went pretty smooth!
