Matt was always just a text or phone call away. He guided me through the process of my first home sale and made sure we closed on time by being pro active and pushing schedules. Couldn't have made it happen without him. 10/10 would real estate with again.

Matt has been very patient and great with my family. We have looked at multiple properties over a long period of time and Matt never rushed us and always told us to wait until we found the property we truly loved. When we found that property, Matt made the purchase easy and stress free. I would absolutely recommend Matt to anyone buying or selling a property.

Demonstrated knowledge of the area market. Sensitive to our wants and desires Availability was tremendous

Tony was super easy to communicate with, quick to respond to to text or phone call and happy to answer any questions. He helped find contractors when needed and had them in and out to fix what ever issues came up

We never had to wait long for an answer on anything. He also helped us hire people that he’s used in the past and they were excellent! He seemed to know what to ask for our house and that’s what we got for it! He’s an excellent Broker

Our real estate agent, Tony Poulin, was exceptional. He was organized, proactive, and incredibly easy (!!) to work with. Communication was always clear, and his expertise made the entire process seamless. We felt supported every step of the way and couldn’t be happier with our new home and the ease of the transaction from beginning to end. Highly recommend.
