Mary Todd sets the stage for an inviting experience. We were living in Seattle WA, and decided it was time to be grandparents again. Mary Todd walked us through multiple places via FaceTime. During these calls it was as if she were buying the house for herself pointing out the good and the bad. Once we stated the purchase process, Mary Todd was available anytime and addressed any concern we encountered. Chris was diligent and didn't lose focus on marketing and selling our property. The property was a difficult one to market given the prevailing conditions and Chris did a nice job finding the right buyer and then following through to complete out transaction.

Hired Amanda as my Agent on 7/15/22 and sold and closed on 8/14/22 !! Amanda provided various selling prices and projections of my expected proceeds for each selling price. My home sold to the very first buyer at Amada's highest selected sales price. Amanda kept us fully informed during the process and visited or talked to us regularly during the entire process. She displayed a great ability to answer any questions and explained all the steps regarding listing, offers, closing and receipt of the proceeds for the sale. Heather was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the process (we moved from the Philadelphia suburbs to the Greenville area) and was an advocate for us the entire time. There were some bumps in the road (not her fault at all) but she fought hard for us and communicated well throughout the process and made sure that we got a house that we are beyond thrilled with, and at a great value.
