When you are looking to both sell a home and buy a new home at the same time, you need a tenacious realtor. You need someone who is going to stay on top of deadlines, dot all of the I’s and cross all of the T’s to make sure that everything comes together the way it is supposed to. Despite some challenges with our purchase, we closed on both homes swiftly, and we could not have done it without having Becky in our corner.
