Another important advantage from dealing with Zach is that he was highly responsive and almost always available. We were able to look at the houses at almost any time and look at them quickly. This is important, because good deals do not stay long on a market. High flexibility and good professionalism from Zach made our closing flawless. Zach even gifted us a new dehumidifier for a basement, because of little water incident right on the closing date. This is not just a realtor; this is a good partner.
