We were first-time home buyers, and we have been looking for a house for almost a year. Our requirements were very specific. The options on the market were narrow. Despite that Zach from Pine Point Realty was willing to work with us and patiently was guiding us through the journey of searching for a house. We were dealing with multiple real estate agents before Zach, and he is the most professional and experienced real estate agent I ever saw. He can see all details about the house and have good advice. Always listening to our opinion and putting effort into making things happen. He provided options for us that we could not find from other agents, for example Escrow option. That small thing allows us to purchase the house that we were looking for. Another important advantage from dealing with Zach is that he was highly responsive and almost always available. We were able to look at the houses at almost any time and look at them quickly. This is important, because good deals do not stay long on a market. High flexibility and good professionalism from Zach made our closing flawless. Zach even gifted us a new dehumidifier for a basement, because of little water incident right on the closing date. This is not just a realtor; this is a good partner. If we plan to purchase another house in the future, we will go back to Zach Blair.
