We liked that she wasn't pushy, we never got the feeling she was doing it for the money. She actually went above and beyond what she had to. We never felt rushed or that we had to make a decision quickly. Helped us a lot when it was stressful to get everything done. And we were from another state, which made it harder. Also, followed up after the sale. We would use her again for another purchase!

We know the golden rule of real estate is “Location, Location, Location”, but we discovered the golden rule of realtors in David Coate: “Connections, Connections, Connections.” We had a fairly complex transaction buying an investment property in Gulf Shores. We needed funding as well as opening a 1031 exchange on multiple properties in another state. David knew exactly who to introduce us to for these essential services. Also, at the same time, we needed advice from someone with experience to find a short-term rental manager who would help us get our business started in Alabama. Once again, he had multiple contacts so that we could interview and make informed decisions. His many years of experience made an otherwise complicated transaction… seamless. All the people he introduced us to were equally experienced, giving us enormous confidence all along the way. This was our first, but not last, purchase in Gulf Shores and we will certainly seek out David Coate for our next project. He was just what we needed – personable, hardworking and trustworthy!
