Also, at the same time, we needed advice from someone with experience to find a short-term rental manager who would help us get our business started in Alabama. Once again, he had multiple contacts so that we could interview and make informed decisions. His many years of experience made an otherwise complicated transaction… seamless. All the people he introduced us to were equally experienced, giving us enormous confidence all along the way. This was our first, but not last, purchase in Gulf Shores and we will certainly seek out David Coate for our next project. He was just what we needed – personable, hardworking and trustworthy!
