We know the golden rule of real estate is “Location, Location, Location”, but we discovered the golden rule of realtors in David Coate: “Connections, Connections, Connections.” We had a fairly complex transaction buying an investment property in Gulf Shores. We needed funding as well as opening a 1031 exchange on multiple properties in another state. David knew exactly who to introduce us to for these essential services. Also, at the same time, we needed advice from someone with experience to find a short-term rental manager who would help us get our business started in Alabama. Once again, he had multiple contacts so that we could interview and make informed decisions. His many years of experience made an otherwise complicated transaction… seamless. All the people he introduced us to were equally experienced, giving us enormous confidence all along the way.
