We never felt rushed or that we had to make a decision quickly. Helped us a lot when it was stressful to get everything done. And we were from another state, which made it harder. Many times, when we were discussing marketing, pricing, and staging, I felt like I was discussing with a good friend that cared and gave the best advice. She was willing to hear my opinion and ultimately stand behind my final decision 100 percent. I never felt coerced or pushed, however she offered very valuable advice and marketing skills that resulted in a quick sale for a price that I was very pleased with. To note, the condo market was a very difficult market and not many condos were selling at the time of my sale. On top of this with me living a couple states away from the property, she was completely responsible for showings and the appearance of the condo. She always answered quickly or returned my phone calls promptly when I called for updates and/or questions, but I fully appreciated that she handled things independently and I could live my busy life without her calling me with issues. I knew she was handling the sale superbly, so I could live my life happily at home without being reminded of any sales stress. She also helped me find and manage all financing questions and closing issues, so I never had to worry about searching for or speaking intensively with a Title Company. She set it all up, and my conversations and transactions with the Title Company was quick and effortless. To note, I did know Francine before I hired her as my real estate agent. I am very happy and completely satisfied with my experience with Francine.

We relocated to Gulf Shores from out of state. We knew we loved this location, but didn’t know much about the residential areas. Katy was able to suggest a number of potential locations that would be a good fit for us: close to the beach, but in an established owner-occupied neighborhood. Katy was very communicative with us; she made sure to check in about new listings that might be of interest to us, researched each home we viewed and was ready with pertinent information such as flood zone designations, insurance costs, HOA fees etc. Katy was never pushy or impatient with us, although it took us 22 months to find the “right” house! In preparation for closing, Katy meticulously handled all the details: the inspections and repair requests as well as communications with contractors, selling agent, and title company. I can’t say enough positive things about our home-buying experience with Katy!
