Owners James & Susan Lyon bought the first EXIT franchise in the state of Alabama in 2002 with an office in Mobile, AL. In order to better serve Baldwin County residents, EXIT Realty Lyon Fairhope office opened it's doors in 2016. Being located in beautiful Downtown Fairhope - we're involved in all the festivities including First Friday Fairhope, Arts & Crafts Festival, and the numerous parades. EXCEPTIONAL...Communicated thoroughly and professionally along every step of purchasing process.

Tonya ALWAYS responded in a timely manner via text, email or personal calls. This was especially welcome, needed and appreciated as we began our move from Tennessee to Gulf Shores. Her market analysis and professionalism, starting with personal showings to online searches, follow-up showings, seeking to find us the RIGHT home and location, will forever be etched in my mind, and I'm sure, my wife's mind. Tonya remained calm, affable, and effective in assisting to negotiate and resolve both seller and buyer concerns and/or frustrations throughout the entire process. Hands-down, Tonya is the best real estate agent I've conducted business with in my 78+ years.

Dedication to the customer

This is actually our 3rd time working with Tonya and her team. We appreciate her dedication and commitment to get us the best deal that is possible. She always makes sure we understands the pros and the cons of any purchase before we sign on the dotted line. We certainly plan on using her again if we decide to purchase more property in the Gulf shores area. Wouldn't really use anyone else.
