She also helped us find the builder and floor plans we felt best fit our needs as well as at a price which allowed us to get much more we thought possible. She was in constant contact, never failed to answer our questions or follow up with the builder. She kept on the builder to finish construction, keeping us posted at every phase. Matthew helped us with the walkthrough providing significant support to identify and work with the builder to schedule the finishing items. In all, I would recommend Maria for anyone looking for a forever home.

We chose Jaime Cooper and her team to list our rental house because we were familiar with her work for others. We were not disappointed. She has a great knowledge of the local market and top notch negotiating skills. Throughout the selling process, she kept us well informed of showings and feedback from potential buyers. Jaime was also very responsive to any questions or concerns on our part. Although we listed around the holidays, our house sold in a reasonable amount of time.
