Her professional designation as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) gives her formal and
ongoing training in a multitude of negotiation strategies. As a Certified Residential Specialist,
Vali is among the 2% of Realtors that hold this designation. As a CRS Realtor she is required to
complete advanced real estate course and work to meet a number of stringent requirements.

Having had a Colorado real estate license since 1999 Vali has a number of years of experience
in this ever-changing field. She has proudly sat at the Denver Board of REALTORS®
Roundtable of Excellence for high sales volume for over a decade. Additionally she has
received the client-nominated Five Star Professional Award for 12 years running.
A rare Colorado native, Vali spent her childhood in Colorado Springs, and has lived in the
Denver area for over 25 years. She received a Bachelor’s in Computer Information Systems
Management from the University of Colorado at Denver in 2003. She is also a certified ESL
(English as a Second Language) Instructor. Her experience in teaching and customer service
has given her a solid background in client relations and superior attention to customer care and
ethical practices.
She works hard to execute her belief that concentrated client services, honesty, & skillful real
estate services lead to overly satisfied clients. Vali loves traveling & tasting diverse cultures &
enjoying different perspectives that compose our world. She spends her free time enjoying the
beautiful Colorado landscape. She loves skateboarding, snowboarding, hiking, river paddle
boarding & camping. She’s a foodie that loves to dine at all Denver’s hot spots & cook up her
own extravagant meals. Vali currently resides in Central Centennial with her husband Travis &
three sons.
