Well from the very beginning when I first met Mr. Hohl, his confidence, his demeanor, his communication skills were on full display. When he made his first presentation to me of what this processed would look like he had a clear -front presentation folder with a picture of my house on the cover page, in full color of course. He showed me a model of other properties in that area with similar value. Mr. Hohl gave me access to him by phone ,text and email. I would recommend him to any potential sellers as the best choice.

Owning our beautiful home in Arizona, the thought of selling our condo in Michigan, after 7 summers of loving it, seemed daunting. Not knowing where to begin, we asked for recommendations on Re altor.com. Stephen Hohl was at the top of the list. I emailed Steve and he responded promptly. I let him know I was gathering information for a summer sale and preferred to email at this point. His next email was so savvy. In addition to answering initial questions, he recommended doing a video chat so he could introduce himself and clarify our needs and selling timeline. My husband John and I were so impressed with Steve's extensive knowledge, the area we would be marketing in, and his laid back approached, we signed the Exclusive Right to Sell Contract the same day. We met with Steve in person at our condo in June. Steve mapped out a timeline/calendar that day. We were relieved because this let us know what to expect and when. Steve adhered to the schedule and kept us informed along the way. We listed the condo in July and accepted the first bid at full price. We closed on the sale on September 4. Likewise, we planned to fly home to Arizona in early September. Steve's negotiation skills and professionalism made that possible. Stephen Hohl became our champion and friend during this process. Steve went above and beyond for us. We were first time home buyers and from our first meeting he helped us know what to expect and what over various important items to help us grow our knowledge. Steve had prompt and timely communication. We viewed a lot of homes over FaceTime as we were moving from out of state and Steve went above and beyond making sure we had a great understanding of what the houses looked like, the size of the rooms, and made sure all major structures and water heaters, etc were in good shape. He has an excellent knowledge of the market and is keeping you up to date on any new properties that hit that market that match your criteria.
