Started working with Michelle from a friend’s recommendation and we are so glad we did for the purchase of our first home. The market was competitive and overwhelming at times and having Michelle as our resource and guide was invaluable. She allowed us to form our own opinions on things we did or didn’t like while also pointing out pros and cons of each home for many things, such as well-done renovations or things that wouldn’t pass inspection, which we wouldn’t have known on our own. She was an excellent and timely communicator and explained all of the contractual/fine print items thoroughly. I truly felt like she was on our side and wanted to help us get the best house and deal possible. We would love to work with Michelle again in the future should we decide to sell!
