In addition to helping us find our new home, Terry helped us with all the details in selling our previous house to a family member. He took care of all the details professionally and quickly, such that it was a completely painless process. He is extremely knowledgeable about all the processes involved, and he was great at educating us on any matters that we had to take care of ourselves. This is our second time working with Terry and he is just great to work with! He is efficient, extremely knowledgeable about the market, super friendly and goes the extra mile for his clients. He responds immediately to text messages, keeps you up to date on showings and offers (if you are selling), is easy to talk to when you have questions (or a million questions in our case), and made us feel confident and at ease in selling our home. We were out of town when our home was listed and there were multiple showings while we were gone. Terry kept us informed everyday of what was happening, what time showings were scheduled and gave us updates when offers and feedback came in. We wanted to sell it quickly and it did!! We cannot thank him enough for such a wonderful streamlined process. From listing to closing, everything went without a hitch! We will be contacting Terry again when we go to buy our new home!

Terry is extremely efficient and knowledgeable in his field. He listens to what you want and need in a property and only shows properties with those characteristics. He keeps you informed at all times and answers any questions you have ASAP. I found that he can hold your hand from start to finish if you need it and follows through on any commitment he has made. His negotiation skills are amazing and always has his clients best interest at heart. He is honest and trustworthy, and never pushes you to buy, which makes him patient as well. I would, and will use Terry over and over again if I need to.
