Harrison(Annie) is an excellent realtor. She is very knowledgeable ,and probably the hardest working woman i've met. She helped me sell my old home and buy my new one , she walked me through every step and was always there if i had questions or concerns . Given the fact that I am a first time home buyer Annie’s help as my realtor was very much appreciated. Annie was honest about the condition of the homes we visited and very meticulous during the walkthrough she didn’t hesitate to inform me of repairs that may need attention in the future and educated me on the potential upkeep of the property. She made searching for a home a breeze all I had to do was tell her what areas I was interested in, what my budget was like and how much space suited me. She was also very punctual and organized, every time I arrived for a showing I was greeted with a good morning or afternoon and an inviting smile as well as print offs of the homes we were going to see in the order we would view them, after leaving every property she asked my thoughts on the home but I was never rushed in my deciding process I felt as though she genuinely wanted to put me and my family into a house we could call our home. Although me being very indecisive Annie was patient and helped me understand the pros and cons of every property we visited and I believe I’ve found a house I can call my home.
