She and her team kept us informed step by step of any paperwork or actions we needed to complete. Once the house was listed, Linda kept us informed of offers made on the house and offered guidance as to what our options were. We accepted an offer well above list price. The closing process went smoothly. Communication was great. Linda returned calls and texts in a very timely manner.
