She provided us with a spreadsheet to explain the net cash we could expect to receive. She was excellent at communicating about the myriad of documents we needed to sign and the process. Robin kept my fiancé and I in the loop every step of the way. She made being a first time homebuyer easy and fun. I also appreciated her honesty on the houses we looked at! It helped put everything into perspective for us when looking for a home. She also was super invested in what we wanted in a home and did her best to help us find the perfect one.
