She got me disclosures and hoa bylaws for every property I was interested in and then walked me through the best offer strategy to close on the condo of my dreams. Her communication style is very kind and she is a market expert giving comps for properties before making an offer. She’s very professional and her negotiation skills won us the condo.

At a real hard time in our lives, you listed and sold our parents house in less than a week and closed in 3 weeks. Tom always takes calls, texts, and is very knowledgeable in real estate.
