Dale Grace and his daughter Jennifer Armstrong were exceptional. They really work with you. We felt like they had everything in control from start to finish. Very personable. They were always there when we needed them. We would highly recommend them.

We had to sell our parents home and Dale and Jen couldn't have been more understanding, respectful and thorough. I can see why those who referred him have been using his services for years.

We've had realtors who listed our properties and then we never heard from them again but Dale kept us informed each step of the process. He did the work efficiently and is very knowledgeable and professional. We've used him to sell our last two properties and will use him again if needed. He's a great realtor and we will recommend him to anyone.

Working with Jen was a wonderful experience. She went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and kept us informed every step of the way. Her expertise, patience, and genuine care made all the difference. We are extremely grateful for her hard work, not once, but twice when we sold my dad’s home last year also! We highly recommend Jen to family, friends and anyone else looking to sell!

Jen is a perfect blend of professional, knowledgeable and friendly ally. She's excited about what she does and shares what she knows and learns and helped us be excited and confident. Her open communication allowed any question to be asked about the process, knowing the answer would be returned quickly and completely. She intuitively knew when to hand-hold, when to walk along side and when to close the deal. I will recommend her to anyone I hear needing an agent.
